Who can buy in bulk?

If you really want that many pins, feel free! However this page is mostly for retailers and resellers.

Anyone is free to resell my pins as long as they're not competing in the same space as I am, such as selling at the same convention or event. There is a discount for ordering bulk and you're free to resell at whatever markup of your choosing.

What can I get?

I sell in bulk with a minimum of 4 of each design, at 50% the non discounted retail price, and with a minimum of $150 total before tax and shipping.

Any item in my shop can be sold in bulk, however, it really depends on stock availability. Just send me an email first and I can prep an invoice n_n

What's the discount?

Bulk purchases are sold at 50% the retail value on xhilyn.com and not their discounted price. My retail price varies with time as popularity increases and declines, so a quote or invoice will expire after a month.

Rules

  • You may only add to my packaging, not remove it. Such as adding a hang tag, adding a plastic sleeve, etc. You may not remove the backing card or take items out of their plastic sleeves.
  • You may not alter the items or the packaging without permission. Email me if you had a DIY idea to use the products in.
  • Buying items in bulk does not mean you own the rights to the items or can claim credit for making them.
  • There are no returns. Please know what you plan to do with the products!

Packaging

  • Pins come only on a backing card and without a sleeve. I would recommend sticky hang tags or propping them on easels~ They have 2 rubber backings unless they're less than a half inch diameter.
  • Stickers + sheets come loose and with a label with my information stuck on the back. Sticky hole hang tags could work for these as well
  • Microfiber cloths come in a plastic sleeve and are flat. A circle label with my information on it will be on the back.

Packing and shipping

I ship orders once a week, but sometimes it can take longer if there is a major holiday or if your bulk order is super super big. I can safely say the package will ship out well before the end of 2 weeks. Please do not order bulk last minute!
